What materials are used?
Real freshwater and saltwater pearls and crystals are used as well as 925 sterling silver and 14k gold filled materials.
How do I clean my jewellery?
It is recommended to clean with warm soapy water and a cloth.
Can I wear my jewellery in the ocean or shower?
For the jewellery’s longevity, we recommend taking it off in the shower and ocean. We also don’t want you to lose your beautiful piece in the ocean! We also recommend taking off necklaces and bracelets at the gym or to bed.
How does sizing work?
Please refer to our sizing chart. If buying for a friend and you’re unsure, a size medium is recommended.
What is your returns policy?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that were received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-refundable items
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom pieces
Warranty
Each piece of jewellery has a 6 month warranty. This includes any faults that were caused by the making process e.g. charm falls of earring stud after one use. This does not include isolated incidents due to the user such as snagging a bracelet on something, and it rips off. The 6 month warranty covers repair costs or replacement, this will depend on a case by case basis.
Shipping
- We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for international orders.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over AUD 75.
